SHIPPING
Orders will be handled by the Arval office in Milan and later shipped by the Shipping Department. The average time it takes to receive the products you ordered is about 3/4 business days, starting from the date the order is received. For payments by credit card, your order will be handled the same day or the following business day. Ordered products will be delivered to the address entered at the time of the order in the “shipping address” section. Make sure the information you have entered is correct and complete.
There is a €7.90 shipping fee. Free shipping for orders over €50. -

Once your order has been confirmed, you will be asked to select your preferred payment method from the following options:
- cash on delivery
- credit card
- Paypal
For payments with credit card or Paypal, as soon as our payment system confirms the transaction (usually within a few seconds), you will automatically receive a “Payment confirmed” email and your order will be processed.

HOW CAN I ORDER ?
Ordering on arvalcosmetici.com is really easy
Browse the website, choose the products you want and add them to the cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. At this stage you will receive confirmation that the product has been added to the cart, and you can also add other products that complement the one you have chosen.
Click on “Cart” to view the list of products selected and the total amount of your order (not including shipping costs).
If you are already registered on arvalcosmetici.com, enter your email address and the password you chose during registration, or enter your details and shipping address.
We’re almost done! All you need to do is confirm your order and proceed to the secure credit card payment page. That’s it! The products you ordered will be delivered to your home in just a few days.
QOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT DO I HAVE TO PAY MORE SHIPPING COSTS?
Of course not!
All products ordered will be placed in the same parcel.
Therefore, the courier shipping costs (€7.90) will be charged only once for each standard order.
Bear in mind that shipping is free over €50!
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I ORDERED?
You can return the products you ordered on www.arvalcosmetici.com.
If the products you received do/does not conform to your order, or if the content of the parcel is damaged, return it/them along with the items listed on the shipping voucher and invoice. You'll be reimbursed.
If you decide to cancel your order due to an error on ARVAL’s part, you will also be reimbursed for the shipping costs.
